Description
The Diploma of Leadership and Management is a nationally recognised qualification. This Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Pathway is designed for experienced leaders in the Human Services sector.
The RPL Pathway is an assessment program that recognises current and prior knowledge/skills. Our RPL program is a fully online, self-directed pathway designed to be convenient and flexible for applicants. As part of our tailored online platform, we provide suggested evidence for both organisations and students, streamlining the process. You will be supported throughout your RPL journey by our experienced team of assessors plus optional online drop-in sessions.
At the Diploma level, RPL applicants will generally work as managers in community service organisations. They work independently and report to executive management or Boards and may supervise other staff or be responsible for managing a team. These workers have input into the development of policies, procedures, budgets and operational plans.
CCWT will undertake an assessment of your eligibility however, as a guide we recommend that you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a management/team leader/coordinator role.
