Debbie is a trainer and consultant with more than 30 years’ experience in the for-purpose sector, including 15 years’ experience in senior leadership and governance roles. Since 2005, Debbie has been providing consultancy services to support the strategic development and impact of diverse for-purpose organisations and groups.

Debbie’s areas of specialism include skilled facilitation, review & evaluation, strategic design & planning, theory of change, outcomes measurement, and leadership & governance training.

Debbie is a qualified and highly experienced trainer and assessor, a qualified auditor, and trained mediator and conflict coach. Debbie has a degree in Psychology (BA Hons.), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Graduate Certificates in Social Impact, and Mediation.
